Welcome. These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of quinfallcrafting.com ("the site"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Free to Use, with Optional Premium
The Quinfall Crafting Workshop is a fan-made companion tool for The Quinfall MMO. The full toolset — every calculator, the recipe browser, the item database, profession planning, gear enhancement estimates, and one local inventory — is free and requires no account.
An optional Workshop Premium upgrade is available as a one-time purchase. See the dedicated section below for what it includes and the terms that govern it.
Workshop Premium
Workshop Premium is a one-time purchase tied to your Discord account. It is not a subscription — there are no recurring charges and you will not be billed again after the initial purchase.
Premium currently unlocks:
- Five cloud-synced inventory profiles (free accounts get one).
- A picker of accent color themes that re-skin the whole site.
- Removal of all on-site advertising for your account.
- Access to any future Premium-tier features at no additional charge.
What "Lifetime" Means
When we describe Workshop Premium as a "lifetime" or "forever" purchase, we mean for the operational lifetime of the website, not in perpetuity. The Quinfall Crafting Workshop is a community-run tool, and we cannot guarantee that it will remain available indefinitely.If the site is permanently discontinued — for any reason, including but not limited to operator decision, loss of the underlying game, hosting changes, legal requirements, or events outside our control — your Premium access ends with it. No refund will be owed for a future shutdown of the service.
We will make a reasonable effort to provide advance notice of any planned shutdown via the site's changelog and Discord, but no specific notice period is guaranteed.
Refunds
Because Workshop Premium unlocks digital features instantly on purchase, all sales are final once the unlock is delivered. If something goes wrong on our end and Premium does not activate after payment, please contact us via the Contact pageand we will either fix the activation or refund the purchase.
Account-Bound, Non-Transferable
Premium is attached to the Discord account that completed the purchase. It cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or shared with other accounts. Sharing your account credentials may result in your access being revoked.
Future Pricing and Features
We reserve the right to change the price of new Premium purchases at any time. Visitors who already purchased Premium keep their access at no additional cost regardless of any future price changes. We also reserve the right to add, change, or remove specific Premium features over time as the site evolves; the core promise (cloud-synced inventory profiles, themes, ad-free) is what you are paying for and we will not silently strip those.
Termination for Cause
We may suspend or revoke Premium access without refund if the account is used to violate these Terms — examples include payment fraud or chargeback abuse, attempted exploitation of the site, harassment of other users, or repeated breaches of the Acceptable Use section below.
Not Affiliated With The Game
This site is an unofficial, community-built tool. It is not developed, endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with Vawraek Technology, the developer and publisher of The Quinfall, in any way. All game data, item names, recipe data, icons, and game-related assets used by this site are the property of their respective owners and are used here under fair use for the purpose of community reference and gameplay assistance.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functioning.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its servers, or related infrastructure.
- Scrape, redistribute, or republish the site's game data in bulk without permission.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on the site.
No Warranty
The site is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we make a genuine effort to keep the data accurate and the calculators correct, we do not guarantee that the site will be available, error-free, or up-to-date with the latest game patches.
Crafting outcomes, profit calculations, and XP estimates are projections based on game data we have available. Actual in-game results may vary due to patches, server-side changes, RNG, or data we have not yet caught up to.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, its operator, and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including (but not limited to) wasted in-game time, lost virtual currency, or in-game decisions made based on the site's output.
Your Data
For visitors using the site without an account, your inventory, settings, and preferences are stored entirely in your browser's localStorage. We do not have a copy on a server. If you clear your browser data, lose access to your device, or use a different browser, your saved data will not be available unless you exported it first via the Inventory tab's export controls.
For visitors who sign in with Discord (free or Premium), your inventory rows and account profile are stored in our database so they can sync across devices. You can sign out at any time, and you can request account deletion via the Contact page — we will remove your user row and all associated inventory rows.

Advertising

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
