Sponsorship Terms

A sponsorship subscription lets you display an image and outbound link in a designated slot on quinfallcrafting.com for the language and tier you select at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew at the billing interval shown on the Stripe Checkout page until you cancel.

Footer, Sitewide Banner, and Logo Sponsor slots are sold one buyer at a time per language. Bundle includes all three for that language and is mutually exclusive with any individual tier. The site enforces this automatically — you cannot purchase a tier whose slot is already taken.

Every uploaded creative is reviewed before going live (typically within 24 hours of payment). During review the ad is hidden from the site and your subscription period is paused — once approved, the full term you paid for runs from approval rather than from checkout, so you do not lose active ad time to review delays. Your image and link target must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction and the United States. We reserve the right to reject or remove any sponsorship creative that, at our sole discretion, is deceptive, malicious, defamatory, sexually explicit, promotes illegal activity, or substantially harms our users or community standing. If we reject during initial review, you receive a full automatic refund and the subscription is canceled. Removal of an already-active sponsorship under this clause forfeits the remaining paid period without refund.

Stripe handles all payment processing. Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same calendar day each month. Quarterly (15% off) and annual (25% off) prepay the entire term up front and renew at the end of that term. Promotion codes apply only to the first billing period unless otherwise specified.

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the self-serve management page or through the link in your Stripe receipt. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your sponsorship continues to display through the end of the period you've already paid for. We do not issue partial refunds for canceled periods or unused time, except where required by law.

We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the site running but make no uptime guarantee. If quinfallcrafting.com is fully unreachable for more than 48 consecutive hours within a billing period, you may request a prorated refund for the affected days by emailing the maintainer.

You retain ownership of any image and content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on quinfallcrafting.com for the duration of your sponsorship. You warrant you have the rights to grant this license and that the content does not infringe any third party's rights.

Our total liability for any claim related to a sponsorship is limited to the amount you paid for the current billing period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The site is provided "as is" without warranty.

We may update these terms with reasonable notice posted on this page. Continued sponsorship after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, you may cancel without penalty before the next renewal.
